I believe in developing safe connected relationships with every individual I work with so they can find peace, reach their full potential, and heal past traumas. I work from a strengths-based perspective partnering with you to identify and meet your goals, overcome challenges, and manage life stressors. I received my Masters degree in Education and Community Counseling from Loyola University in Chicago and my Masters of Social Work degree from Jane Addams College of Social Work in Chicago. I am an experienced clinician working with children, adolescents, adults, and families from diverse socioeconomic and racial backgrounds specializing in trauma informed therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and body-based approaches.
